Recombinant cCRP consists of 204 a.a.r.
Purity > 95% (SDS-PAGE).
Concentration is determined spectrophotometrically.
Immunoreactivity is confirmed by reaction with monoclonal antibodies (Cat. # 4CC5) specific to different epitopes of cCRP molecule.

Lyophilized from 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 2mM CaCl2
It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.
Lyophilized and reconstituted at -20 °C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.
To prepare diluted samples of cCRP it is recommended to use the following buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl2.
