    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with canine C-reactive protein (whole molecule).

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs cCRP1cc, cCRP11cc, cCRP34cc
    IgG2b     for MAb cCRP3

  • Applications:

    Immunoassays for quantitative determination of canine CRP.

    MAbs cCRP1cc, cCRP11cc and cCRP34cc are recommended for sandwich type immunoassays.
    Recommended pairs for cCRP detection in canine serum are (capture – detection):
    cCRP11cc – cCRP1cc, cCRP34cc – cCRP1cc.

    MAb cCRP3 can be used in direct or indirect ELISA.

    MAb cCRP3 recognizes canine CRP in Western blotting under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
