    Blood samples from donors were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis.

  • Application:

    TnI free serum can be used for preparation of human cTnI standards and calibrators.

  • Analysis:

    According to ELISA testing TnI free serum does not contain more than 0.03 ng/ml of human TnI.

  • Purification:

    Immunoaffinity chromatography of pooled normal human serum.


    Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-TnI monoclonal antibodies (several monoclonal antibodies specific to the N-, C-terminal and central parts of the TnI molecule) with BrCN-activated Sepharose CL 4B.
