    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human soluble transferrin receptor.

  • Specificity:

    Human soluble transferrin receptor and complex between soluble transferrin receptor and transferrin.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAbs 2B6 and 13E4cc
    IgG2b     for MAbs 11F5cc and 23D10

  • Applications:

    Detection of human soluble transferrin receptor. MAbs are working in ELISA.

    Recommended pairs for ELISA (capture – detection): 23D10cc – 13E4, 2B6-11F5cc

    All MAbs are working in Western blotting.

    Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay of transferrin-transferrin receptor complex (capture – detection): 23D10 – 8B9, 23D10 – 11D3 (MAbs 8B9 and 11D3 are under Cat.# 4T15).
