MAbs in vitro:

2C8cc, F6C5cc

Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in bioreactor. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.
Immunogen:

Human recombinant tumor necrosis factor of alpha type.
Specificity:

MAb F6C5cc is directed to different TNF-alfa epitope than MAb 2C8cc. MAb 2C8cc is effective in inhibition of the biological activity of recombinant and natural TNF-alfa.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for MAbs 2C8cc, F6C5cc
Applications:

MAbs 2C8cc inhibit biological activity of TNF-α.

Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): 2C8cc - F6C5cc.

MAbs work in immunohistochemistry.
