    No cross-reactivity with egg white avidin. MAb S8C12cc binds to the streptavidin without interfering with the biotin-binding reaction.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs S8C12cc

  • Applications:

    Can be used to localize streptavidin, to amplify signals in immunochemistry, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, flow cytometry and immunoblotting. Anti-streptavidin MAb applied to the ABC complex, previously bound to the second antibody system allow for further enhancement of signal when anti-mouse antibody conjugate is added. Effective in immunoadsorbtion procedures of streptavidin - biotinylated protein complexes.
