    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified bovine rotavirus, cell culture adapted strain MR.

  • Specificity:

    p42 inner capsid protein

    MAb 3C10cc reacts with bovine and human rotavirus and it cross-reacts also with monkey rotavirus (SA-11) and porcine rotavirus (PP).

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAb 3C10cc

  • Applications:

    ELISA, Western blotting and IHC.
