Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Newcastle disease virus (La-sota strain).
MAbs 9F7, 1C10 and 8H2 are specific to viral glycoprotein haemagglutinin-neuraminidase.
MAb 6H12 is specific to RNP.
IgG1 for MAb 9F7
IgG2a for MAbs 1C10, 8H2, 6H12
MAbs 9F7 and 1C10 are working in Western blotting.
MAbs 9F7 and 1C10 are working in haemagglutinin inhibition test.
All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAb 8H2 is recommended as coating antibodies and
MAbs 9F7 and 1C10 as conjugate antibodies in sandwich immunoassay.
