Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with IgG3 from human serum.
Specificity:

Subclass-specific for human IgG3.

No allotype restriction. Hinge-region specific.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for MAb 5G12cc
Applications:

Detection of total IgG3 level in ELISA. MAb 5G12cc can be used for coating and as conjugate.
