    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgG from human serum.

    Subclass-specific for human IgG1. No allotype restriction. Fc - region specific.

    IgG1 for MAb 2C11cc

  • Applications:

    Detection of IgG1 antibodies in ELISA. MAb 2C11cc can be used for coating and as conjugate.

    MAb 2C11cc works in immunohistochemistry on cytostat sections.
