Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in bioreactor. Hybridoma clone derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice.
Immunogen:

IgG from human serum
Specificity:

Class-specific for human IgG. No allotype restriction. Relatively high affinity.
No cross-reactivity with human IgA, IgM, IgE.
5A9cc and 3D3cc are Fc-region specific.
2A11cc is Fab-region specific.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for 2A11cc

IgG2a for 5A9cc, 3D3cc
