    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified avian influenza virus type A (H5N1).

    MAbs react with haemagglutinin H5

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAbs  1C7, 1B4

  • Applications:

    MAb 1C7 can be used in haemagglutinin inhibition (HI) test and ELISA.

    MAb 1B4 can be used in ELISA.

    Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 1B4 – 1C7

  • Storage:
