    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Influenza A/NewCaledonia/20/99 (strain H1N1) derived from allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs.

    Recommended pair for Influenza A H1 in sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection):
    InA97 – InA134

    Pair detects H1 of Influenza A as well as recombinant H1 with high specificity and does not interact with haemagglutinin H3.
