Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with FITC-BSA conjugate.
Specificity:

Fluorescein, FITC-labeled proteins.
MAb 2A3cc reacts with both free and conjugated FITC.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for MAb 2A3cc
Applications:

Detection of FITC-labeled antigens or antibodies.
Capture antibody for FITC-labeled biopolymers.
Enzyme-labeled second antibody for immunohistochemistry with FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibodies.
