    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human heart FABP.

  • Specificity:

    Human heart FABP

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs 5B5, 9F3cc, 10E1, 22, 25, 28cc, 30, 31

  • Applications:

    Human heart fatty acid binding protein immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in ELISA.

    We recommend using following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 10E1 – 9F3cc, 10E1 – 5B5, 9F3cc – 10E1, 5B5 – 9F3cc, 22 – 25

    Best pairs: 28cc – 22, 28cc – 31, 28cc – 10E1, 28cc – 30

    MAbs 22, 30 and 31 are recommended for use in Western blotting.
