    Pooled normal human serum. Blood samples from donors were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, and HCV.

  • Application:

    Cystatin C free serum can be used as a matrix for standard and calibrator preparation.

  • Analysis:

    According to ELISA testing cystatin C free serum does not contain more than 2 ng/ml of cystatin C.

  • Purification:

    Immunoaffinity chromatography of pooled normal human serum.

    Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-cystatin C monoclonal antibodies with BrCN-activated Sepharose CL 4B.

  • Presentation:

    Frozen liquid.

  • Storage:
