Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of
Balb/c mice immunized with or rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus and feline calicivirus.
Specificity:

All MAbs detect human norovirus, feline calicivirus and the rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus.
MAb isotypes:

IgG2b for 2A5, 1B1
Applications:

1B1 – 2A5

Recommended pairs in sandwich immunoassay (capture – detection):

Feline calicivirus detection:
