    Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with or rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus and feline calicivirus (MAbs 2A5, 1B1, 7C5).

  • Specificity:

    All MAbs detect human norovirus, feline calicivirus and the rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2b for MAbs 2A5, 1B1, 7C5

  • Applications:

    Recommended pairs for human norovirus detection in lateral flow:
    1B1 – 2A5, 2A5 – 7C5

    Recommended pairs in sandwich immunoassay
    (capture – detection):
    Human norovirus detection:
    1B1 – 2A5
    Feline calicivirus detection:
    1B1 – 7C5, 1B1 – 2A5

    MAbs 2A5, 1B1 and 7C5 are working also in Western blotting and HIT.
