    Pooled normal human EDTA Plasma.

    Blood samples from donors were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies and HCV.

  • Application:

    BNP and NT-proBNP free plasma is free of whole proBNP molecule and any proBNP fragments (BNP and NTproBNP). It can be used for preparation of any proBNP-related standards and calibrators for immunoassays based on detection of any kinds of proBNP-related peptides.

  • Purification:

    Immunoaffinity chromatography of pooled normal human plasma.

    Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-BNP and anti-NTproBNP monoclonal antibodies with different epitope specificity with BrCN-activated Sepharose CL 4B.

  • Presentation:

    Frozen liquid.

  • Storage:

    -20 °C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)
