Blood sample from the tissue donor was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HCV, HIV-1 and 2 antibodies, HCV antibodies, and syphilis.

Lyophilized from solution in 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 0.1% CHAPS

It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to either its initial concentration or a higher concentration. However, this must not be higher than 1 mg/ml.
Storage:

Lyophilized and reconstituted at -20 °C (-15 … -30 °C allowed)
Other information:

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.

It is recommended to use 25 mM Tris-HCI, pH 8.0, 0.1% CHAPS, to prepare diluted samples.
